The Challenge: Manual Work Across a Global Logistics Operation
This enterprise's teams are spread across multiple countries and overwhelmed by repetitive work: managing IT support, parsing complex logistics contracts, and communicating across languages. 1. IT Service Assistant
First, they built an AI agent for IT support, powered by an internal knowledge base of IT guidelines. It now assists hundreds of employees with instant help desk responses on anything from wifi support to new passwords, drastically reducing time spent searching for documentation and accelerating troubleshooting.

2. Contract Parsing Agent
This enterprise receives a large volume of tender agreements: detailed logistics contracts outlining specs like delivery terms, port info, and weight limits. The AI agent they built now extracts over 15 key terms per document (contract duration, liability clauses, arrival windows, payment terms, etc.), so teams can process and respond to RFQs efficiently.

3. Enterprise Translation Tool

The agent then scores each lead based on how well it fits the company’s service offerings. This agent has helped drive over $2.6M in closed pipeline.

Customer Research Agent: Gathers insights on what customers import/export, volume, and logistics complexity.
Meeting Summarizer: Automatically records and summarizes team meetings for improved alignment.
Recruitment Agent: Parses resumes, performs external research, and suggests ideal roles or companies for candidates, dramatically improving recruiting workflows.
Freja teams frequently embed tools like Perplexity into StackAI workflows for up-to-date, grounded insights.
