How to build an LPOA Analyst

Workflow Overview

This flow is designed to let you upload multiple LPOA documents, extract and analyze their key clauses, check them against your company’s LPOA policy, and then summarize risks and next steps for each document. Here’s how the process works, step by step:

1. Files (Batch Upload)

  You upload one or more LPOA files (PDFs, scans, etc.). The node processes each file, using OCR if needed, and extracts the text content for further analysis.

2. Extract LPOA Metadata & Clauses (Text)

• What it does:
  For each uploaded file, an AI model (LLM) extracts and summarizes key LPOA information in plain English, such as:

  • LPOA title or reference

  • Principal (grantor)

  • Agent (attorney-in-fact)

  • Powers granted

  • Effective date

  • Expiration or revocation terms
    If you upload multiple files, each is processed and labeled separately.

3. Search OneDrive (OAuth2)

• Node: Search OneDrive (OAuth2)

• What it does:
  This node retrieves your company’s LPOA policy document from a specific location in OneDrive. The policy context is used for compliance checking in the next step.

4. LPOA Exception & Policy Check (Text)

• Node: LPOA Exception & Policy Check (Text)

• What it does:
  The AI reviews the extracted LPOA clauses (from step 2) and compares them to your company’s LPOA policy (from step 3).
  It identifies any exceptions, deviations, or policy violations, and provides recommendations in clear, readable text.
  Each LPOA is checked separately if you uploaded more than one.

5. LPOA Risk Summary & Outputs (Text)

• Node: LPOA Risk Summary & Outputs (Text)

• What it does:
  The AI summarizes the risks and recommended next steps for each LPOA, based on the extracted clauses and the policy check results.
  The output is a concise, plain-English summary for each document, highlighting key risks and what to do next.

6. Output

  Presents the final risk summaries and recommendations to you in a readable format.
